Office of the Solicitor-General to host the Intergovernmental National Litigation Forum Conference

The Office of the Solicitor-General will host a two-day Intergovernmental National Litigation Forum (INLF) Conference from 26 – 27 July 2023 at Kempton Park. The Solicitor-General, Mr Fhedzisani Pandelani, will during the conference, give an update on the achievements made by the Office of the Solicitor-General in relation to the work and mandate of the INLF.

The Forum was launched in February 2022 with the objective of improving intergovernmental relations for the effective and efficient management of State litigation. It also has the role of identifying challenges in the management of state litigation, find appropriate solutions and make recommendations for improvement.

The conference will be attended by the Heads of Legal Services from all national and provincial government Departments as well as Heads of Legal Services from government entities.
