JUSTICE DEPARTMENT CALLS ON TRC-IDENTIFIED VICTIMS OR THEIR RIGHTFUL NEXT-OF-KIN TO COME FORWARD AND CLAIM FOR THEIR FINAL ONCE-OFF INDIVIDUAL REPARATION OF R30 000.00

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development hereby invites TRC-identified victims whose names appear on the list below to come forward and claim for their final once-off individual reparation of an amount of R30 000.00.

In the unfortunate instance where a person’s name appears on the list but they have since passed on, their rightful next of kin should come forward.
