Justice Department and Stakeholders host a Webinar on the Constitutional Court Judgement in Centre for Child Law Vs Media 24 Ltd and Others

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites members to attend and cover the webinar on the Constitutional Court Judgement in Centre for Child Law vs Medi 24 LTD and others.

The webinar will focus on the Court Judgement and its implications for protecting the rights and dignity of Children in conflict with the law. It seeks to sensitise media houses, Departments, and non-governmental organisations on their legal and ethical responsibilities in reporting cases involving children.

The webinar is being co-hosted by the Department and the University of Pretoria’s Centre for Child Law.
