Minister Kubayi to discuss Judicial Reform in Dialogue with Judges Matter

The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, will participate in a webinar conversation with Mbekezeli Benjamin, Research and Advocacy Officer at Judges Matter, and Alison Tilley, Co-ordinator of Judges Matter, to elaborate on President Cyril Ramaphosa’s undertaking on judicial reform and to address other pressing issues relating to the institutional independence and governance of the judiciary.

Judges Matter is a research and advocacy project dedicated to strengthening transparency and accountability within South Africa’s judiciary.
