Minister Kubayi to deliver Budget Vote Speech for the Office of the Chief Justice

The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, will table the Budget Vote Speech for the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) on Tuesday, 01 July 2025.

During her address, the Minister is expected to highlight the strategic priorities, financial allocations, and key programmes of the Office of the OCJ for the 2025/2026 Financial Year.

These include strengthening judicial governance, modernising court systems, and ensuring greater access to justice for all South Africans in line with the National Development Plan and the constitutional imperative for judicial independence and effectiveness.
