The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, will host a Dialogue on Women’s Rights to commemorate Women’s Month on Saturday, 13 August 2022 in Durban.
The Dialogue will focus on interventions, policies and programmes which have an impact onWomen’s Rights.This comes after recent areas of law affecting Women’s Rights that have either been amended by legislation or come under scrutiny by our courts in the past year. Deputy Minister Jeffery will be joined by international jurist Judge Navi Pillay, who will be delivering the keynote address, along with other members of the judiciary, academia and legal practitioners in KZN.
