Minister Lamola to deliver a Keynote Address at the Western Cape Provincial Constitutional Rights Conference

As part of the programme to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Constitution coming into effect, the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Mr Ronald Lamola, will on Tuesday 08 February 2022, deliver a keynote address at the Western Cape Provincial Constitutional Rights Conference at the Cape Sun Hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape Province. 

The conference is organised by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development under the theme, The supremacy of the Constitution: reflecting on the role of the Judiciary after 25 years of Constitutionalism”. It seeks to provide a platform to engage and reflect on the role of the Judiciary in protecting and upholding the Rule of Law, the Constitution as a tool for addressing socio-economic challenges and building Social Cohesion and Unity of our Society and Nation.
