Deputy Minister Jeffery to conclude Public Service Month at the Umlazi Magistrate’s Court Services Fair

The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, will conclude the Department’s Public Service Month activities by attending the services fair at the Umlazi Magistrate’s Court on 27 September 2019.

The services fair seeks to bring justice and government services closer to the people of Umlazi. Members of the public will be afforded free legal advice, departmental services and other government services.  

Various government departments and other institutions will participate in the fair and include, among others, the departments of Home Affairs, Social Development and Health, the South African Police Service, Legal Aid South Africa, Probono.Org, the South African Human Rights Commission, the Commission for Gender Equality and the Office of the Public Protector.
