The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in partnership with the Law Society of South Africa, and other participating stakeholders, will on Monday 16 September 2019 officially launch the National Wills Week 2019 in Seshego, Polokwane. This year, Wills Week commences on 16 September 2019 and ends on 20 September 2019.
The Wills Week initiative affords members of the public an opportunity to learn about Wills and how to draft them. Masters of the High Court offices in all the provinces, various law firms and private practice attorneys will set up service desks where the public will be assisted to draft wills on pro bono basis.
