Minister Michael Masutha to undertake visits to Protea Magistrate’s Court and Johannesburg Family Court

As part of celebrating the centenary of Nelson Mandela and in the spirit of creating access to justice for all, the Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, will participate in servicing members of the public at Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on 19 July 2018.
The service being made available to the community of Palm Ridge forms part of the Department’s 100 service/access point drive from 16 to 20 July 2018, which seeks to avail access to a range of justice services as part of the Mandela centenary. Assistance with the drafting of wills, advice on the execution of deceased estates, as well as on domestic violence, maintenance and guardianship, are some of the services that are being offered across the country.
