Deputy Minister Jeffery to deliver keynote address at the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Coordination Workshop

The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery will deliver a key note address at the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Coordination Workshop on 27 March 2018.  The workshop is hosted by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC) under the auspices of the Global Action against Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants Programme (GlO.ACT).

The workshop seeks to foster common understanding on Anti-Trafficking National Policy Framework and Coordination Structures, to exchange know-how on anti-trafficking coordination mechanisms (National Referral Mechanisms) and to jointly identify priorities and next steps that will assist in preventing and combating trafficking in persons.
