GOVERNMENT NOTICE
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
I, Penuell Mpapa Maduna, Minister of Justice, acting under section 18(1) of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), hereby determine, as indicated in Schedules A and B. the salaries payable to deputy directors of public prosecutions and prosecutors with effect from 1 December 1998 and 1 July 1999, respectively.

SCHEDULE A
SALARIES APPLICABLE TO DEPUTY DIRECTORS OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS AND PROSECUTORS
An annual salary is payable as specified in Column B to deputy directors of public prosecutions and prosecutors who on 1 December 1998 received an annual salary in accordance with the annual salary specified in Column A hereunder:
