The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development held a training webinar on Tuesday, 23 January 2024 for legal professionals on the Deceased Estates Online Registration System. A recording of the webinar can be viewed on our YouTube channel.
Highlights include faster turnaround times and convenient access. The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) introduces the Deceased Estate online system to improve service delivery.

Information captured on this form is submitted to the Master of the High Court and is required in terms of Trust Property Control, 1988 (Act 57 of 1988) and General Laws (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Financing) Amendment Act, 2022 (Act 22 of 2022).

Master's Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) Web Portal
The ICMS Masters connects more than 400 magistrates’ offices (deceased estate service points) and all 14 of the Masters´ Offices.
The ICMS Web Portal makes available information held by the Masters´ Offices as from the year 2008.
