Deputy Minister Jeffery to deliver keynote address at the Eastern Cape NGO Coalition Consultation Dialogue on the Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill

The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, will deliver a keynote address at the Eastern Cape NGO Coalition (ECNGOC) public panel discussion on the Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill.

The deliberations of the panel discussion which takes place under the theme Perspectives on the Bill - State & Citizen, seeks to increase citizen awareness on public policy and legislation development processes. It is also envisaged that the panel will have an opportunity to solicit both public and civil society perspectives on the Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill.
